Based in Fair Haven, I bring a calm, personal approach to helping households and families feel more organized, supported, and manageable day to day.

I’m an LCSW by background and hold a master’s degree from Columbia University — an experience that shaped my thoughtful, grounded approach to supporting people and families. I am fully insured and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.

Whether supporting a busy household, accompanying an older adult to an appointment, or helping life run more smoothly behind the scenes, my goal is always the same: dependable support delivered with warmth, professionalism, and care.
