Hi, I’m Colleen — founder of Coastal Companion & Concierge.

I started Coastal Companion & Concierge to provide thoughtful, dependable support for people navigating the demands of everyday life.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s from Columbia University, I’ve spent my career helping individuals and families through life’s transitions with compassion, organization, and practical support. Those experiences shaped the calm, personalized approach I bring to every client.

Whether I’m helping a busy family get organized, supporting an older adult in maintaining independence, or taking care of the details that make everyday life easier, my goal is always the same: to help people feel more supported, organized, and less overwhelmed.

I am fully insured and maintain Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification for added peace of mind.
